Baked her first Baked Brie, and it was gone in ten minutes
“I've never been the one who brings dessert. Made the brie for a get-together and now everyone asks if I'm bringing it again.”
Five signature bakes for every occasion, the ones your family and friends ask you to bring back, every single time. Real technique, explained properly and kept approachable, so you finish this workshop knowing you can bake, and able to share it with love and confidence.
Homestyle recipes, taught properly

Why it matters
The recipes are just the start. What you're really building is the moment someone takes a bite and knows you made it just for them. The cake at your kid's birthday. The dessert you bring to Sunday lunch. The cookies people ask for before they even say hello.
That's what people remember, not the recipe. You. And somewhere in all that flour and butter, you get to know yourself as someone who creates, who shows up, who bakes with love. That's the bit that actually matters.
A little visual inspiration
Straight from Nicole's kitchen, mishaps and all.
How the workshop works
Every video walks through the technique properly, not just what to do, but why it works. Bake at your own pace, and you'll finish with recipes you can make again, and share, without the recipe card.
Full, technique-focused videos. Not just the steps, the reasons behind them, so it actually sticks.
No professional gear needed, just your oven and a bit of time.
Post your bake, ask Nicole your questions, and swap stories with other bakers while your cohort's open.
The transformation

Meet your teacher
Nicole from Le Bon Baker
I spent fifteen years in marketing and communications before baking became the main thing. Advertising first, then marketing, and somewhere in the middle I kept coming back to the kitchen, the way I had since I was seven, helping my mum. A few years ago I took a job at a bakery in Canada (the interview turned out to be a surprise cooking test, I still can't quite believe I pulled it off) and spent about a year and a half baking and decorating hundreds of cakes a day. Honestly, by the time I came home, I realised I wasn't just a home baker anymore. These days it's me and our twins, Remy and Ivy, keeping me on my toes, and baking is still the thing that makes me feel most like myself. Baking's always been how I show the people I love that I'm thinking of them, and I want that for you too. This workshop is the recipes I keep coming back to. I can't wait to bake them with you.
